Reliance Supermarket, proudly operated by Firozety Pty Ltd, is a thriving retail store located at 40

Ben Lomond Rd, Minto. We specialize in a diverse range of products, including a dedicated Asian

grocery section and a Halal butcher shop, catering to the needs of our community. We are currently

seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team and oversee the efficient

operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the supermarket, including Asian grocery and the Halal

butcher shop.
- Manage inventory levels, ensure timely stock replenishment, and minimize wastage.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Promote and advertise the store’s goods and services.
- Hire, supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgets, profit margins, and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction

levels.

Skills & Experience:

- A minimum of Diploma qualification
- At least two years of experience as a store manager in a retail setting
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with a proven ability to identify and act on sales

opportunities and P&L management strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
