Process Workers (Minto)

**Makibe Australia is seeking Process Workers with spot welding experience for our client in the Macarthur Area. They are a major player in the metal fabrication industry (defence, gaming, electronics, mining and transport).**

**They are big on developing staff through their internal academy which allows for growth and career development.**

**The other bonus is they work a 4 day week, giving employees a 3-day weekend.**

**Pay rates starting at $28.26 dependant on experience**

**About you**:

- Minimum 2-3 yrs experience, and a proven work history
- Ability to take directions
- Have a robust focus on WH&S; procedures
- Attention to detail and quality driven person.
- Be reliable, punctual and committed
- Own PPE
- Own transport preferred, but is in easy walking distance from the train station.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $28.26 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
