Customer Support Officer - Minto, Nsw

**About the role**: This role supports our Sales team, providing customer support and data entry of customer orders through:

- Processing customer orders via Redox’s in-house system
- Confidently liaise internally and externally with our transport, warehouse and sales team to ensure our customer deliveries are completed in a timely manner

**About you**: You are forward thinking, possess excellent time management, problem solving and organisation skills, with high attention to detail. You demonstrate excellent communication skills
- verbal and written with a polite and professional phone manner.

**Essentials**:

- Ability to work to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work both within a team environment and independently.
- Reliability and punctuality, be a forward thinker. Have a valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Applications

Training on our customised in-house system will be given however experience in a similar customer service role and administrative skills would be looked upon favourably.
