**About the Role**: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing personalised care and support tailored to their unique needs and goals. Your dedication and commitment will contribute significantly to creating a more inclusive and compassionate society.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support customers to achieve goals and wellbeing individually or in groups, in their home and community
- Work in an exciting, rapid paced, and flexible environment. No two days are the same!
- Support customers to grow, develop new skills, access hobbies and interests, participate in the community and promote inclusion
- Assisting clients in their daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and skill development
- Provide Person
- centred active support to encourage independence and help customers meet their goals and choices
- Encouraging independence and empowering customers to achieve their personal goals
- Advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities
- Ensure a safe environment for customers, colleagues, and yourself

**About You**:

- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Passionate about human rights and creating positive change
- Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences
- Excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others and more importantly, the ability to listen to understand customer needs
- Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire and embed good practice
- Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State)
