Internal Sales Representative (Minto)

Are you ready to discover your future with a global leader? Your New Role: Reporting to a supportive and approachable supervisor, you will be instrumental in maintaining and revitalising our existing client portfolio in Minto.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for a proactive professional.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively reach out to down-trending clients to resolve issues and stabilise accounts.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers (No cold BD required).
- Manage a high volume of client emails and phone inquiries with professional flair.
- Provide tailored waste solutions to address specific client needs and concerns.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service agreements. Benefits to You:

- Monday – Friday, 5 days in the office (No weekends).

- 1+ year of experience in a similar account management, customer success, or internal sales role.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills.
- Comfortable handling difficult conversations with empathy.
