Our AFS business is a leader in innovative walling solutions for the construction industry. Based at our **Minto site**, this is a fast-paced manufacturing environment where safety, quality and teamwork are front and centre.

We are currently looking for **Production Operators** to join the team on **day shift**, supporting key production and manufacturing activities across the site.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping production running efficiently and safely. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in quality, and thrives in a team-based environment.

You'll be working **Monday to Friday, 6:00am
- 2:00pm**, offering consistency and work-life balance.

**Key responsibilities**
- Operate plant and equipment to meet daily production targets
- Manually remove the panels from conveyors and pack them.
- Manually pick and pack corners assemblies.
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Monitor product quality and identify defects and document checks.
- Carry out basic troubleshooting and support maintenance activities
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Contribute to safety initiatives and continuous improvement

**About you**
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Forklift licence **preferred but not essential**:

- Strong focus on safety and doing things the right way
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Mechanically minded with a practical, hands-on approach
- Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
- Clear communication skills
