Our team come from a variety of background skills and experience.Be apart of our INCA team and grow with us, youre not just a number you are a part of the INCA family. *About the role* We are currently recruiting experienced and Qualified in behaviours and Mental Health staff to join our team for an immediate start. Location: Eaglevale, NSW. Duties involve:

- Assistance with household tasks which includes light house work
- Meal preparation
- Transporting clients to community access and appointments when needed
- Working with children and adults on 1:1 and team dynamics
- Participation in the shift roster 7x24 as required. *Essential qualifications of the role*
- Certificate 3 or Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, Mental Health, Youth Work or other relevant field
- Hold a current NSW Working with Children check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid Certificate with CPR
- National Police check with a minimum of 6 months validity.
- Current Drivers licence with own transport and Compulsory insurance
- NDIS work screening check
- Demonstrated understanding of working with vulnerable people to live their best life
- Experience in working with people with Disabilities, Mental Health and Complex Behaviours
