Ndis Support Worker (Female) (Minto)

We offer staff to various healthcare facilities and prioritize collaboration, partnership, and brokerage of services in aged care, disability, mental health, and for carers. **Key responsibilities**:

- Experience in managing challenging clients and difficult workplace. Provide personal care, assistance with support to disable individuals.
- Help clients to achieve their personal goals and independence and Community Access.
- Assist in social, recreational, and community participation activities.
- Manage challenging behaviours and provide support.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Qualification:

- A diver licensee with access to a car is a must.
- _Australian work rights_
- National Police Clearance within 12 months (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS verification check or willing to get one
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a support worker
