**Internal Sales Representative**

**Who we are looking for**: We are currently looking for an Internal Sales Rep. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers end up with excellent service and quality products at the right time.
**What you’ll do**:
- Generate and issue quotations based on customer's requirements
- Ensure customer sales orders are entered correctly into the system on a daily basis.
- Work with external sales colleagues to exchange information such as competitor activity, selling strategies and marketing information.
- Forward all quotations received to the appropriate external sales employee.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Minimum 3
- 5 years in Customer Service and or Sales
- Experience with sales methodology
- Ability to work various priorities and tasks when required
**Within 3 months, you’ll**:
- Complete your Atkore immersion program.
- Understand how your job will help deliver Atkore’s strategy.
- Gain an understanding of your team.
- Gain an understanding of the training materials and procedures your team owns.
**Within 6-months, you’ll**:
- Have a better understanding of the wholesale market in your region
- Have an understanding of the distribution process
- Have a solid understanding of the sales process
**Within 12-months, you’ll**:
- Actively quoting
- Generating revenue for the Company
- Managing Sales process
- Contributing to Atkore Sales across the Company
