**My Gateway**, in partnership with 1st Choice Appliance Rentals, is looking for a trainee to complete a **Certificate III in Business** based in Minto.

**General duties**:

- Manage customer accounts and ensure up-to-date records
- Collate and present customer information to our approvals team
- Answer inbound calls as part of our call centre team
- Monitor and respond to enquiries via our Live Chat platform

**What You Need to Get Started**:

- Must be able to travel to the Minto industrial area
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A willingness to learn and grow within a fast-moving business environment
- Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
