Key responsibilities:

Experience in managing challenging clients and difficult workplace. Provide personal care, assistance with support to disable individuals.

Help clients to achieve their personal goals and independence and Community Access.

Assist in social, recreational, and community participation activities.

Manage challenging behaviours and provide support.

Maintain a secure and supportive workplace for clients.

Qualification:

A diver licensee with access to a car is a must.

Australian work rights

National Police Clearance within 12 months (or willing to obtain)

NDIS verification check or willing to get one

Minimum 6 months of experience as a support worker
