Heavy Vehicle Parts Interpreter (Minto)

Identify, source, and supply the correct parts for trucks and trailers and other heavy vehicles at our workshop. Assist Store and Workshop with parts despatch ensuring accurate and timely parts delivery to support vehicle maintenance and repairs. Key Responsibilities
- Identify parts using catalogues, VIN numbers, or diagrams
- Consult with customers or mechanics about vehicle issues
- Order and source parts from suppliers
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Process and build sales of parts
- Provide technical advice on parts compatibility
- Follow up on backorders and deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service and build a solid client base. Skills required
- Strong mechanical knowledge (especially trucks, diesel engines, or heavy equipment)
- Ability to use parts catalog software
- Good communication and customer service
- Attention to detail and organisation skills
