- Freedom to make it YOUR centre About the centre: Big Bear Academy Minto is a 120 place centre looking for an Early Childhood Educator. We understand the importance of investing in our team and setting them up for success. - Complying with all relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices

- Developing and implementing the educational programs and practices in line with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

- Minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (Diploma preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families, children, and the team
- Ability to follow instructions with attention to detail
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and relevant legislation
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care and learning experiences
- Ability to safely lift children and equipment, and engage in active play
- Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain before commencement)
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis management training
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
