Warehouse Assistant / Storeperson (Minto)

Description We are a small operated business located in Minto, NSW, looking for a reliable and hardworking team member to join our growing company. This is a hands-on warehouse role focused on preparing and dispatching orders, stock handling, and general warehouse duties. This role involves manual handling of heavy products and is suited to someone physically fit, motivated, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare customer orders for collection and dispatch
- Pick and pack orders accurately
- Arrange and secure larger orders on pallets
- Load and unload deliveries and shipping containers as part of a team
- Handle and move heavy boxes and stock throughout the warehouse
- Assist with stock handling and warehouse organization
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping
- Support general day-to-day warehouse operations Requirements
- Mature and responsible person with a strong work ethic
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling work
- Comfortable lifting heavy boxes and products
- Ability to: -


- Lift up to 25kg
- Maneuver items up to 50kg
- Intermediate hand and power tool skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of electrical products or parts is an advantage
- Basic Computer skills is an advantage
