We are looking for an experienced and passionate **Assistant Store Manager **with a love for all things footwear and customer service to drive sales our Miranda location.

**What you will do**
- Help support the Store Manager in leading, motivating and inspiring your team
- Actively drive your team to achieve and exceed store sales budgets and KPI's
- Deliver an unbeatable customer experience
- Visual merchandising
- Stock management and loss prevention
- Help train your team to support developing internal talent

**About you**
- +1 year experience in a retail leadership role with a proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and lead a team to reach their full potential
- Excellent communication skills and personal presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume sales setting
- Available to work on a full-time basis, 38 hours per week
