**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and inspire your team to achieve sales and KPI objectives.
- Deliver an outstanding service experience to every customer.
- Implement employee rosters and build a self-sufficient, collaborative team.
- Coordinate and promote weekly in-store promotions across various departments.
- Ensure the store runs smoothly, keeping customer satisfaction as the top priority.
- Train, coach, and develop team members, shaping the next generation of retail leaders.
- Maintain a visually appealing store while upholding occupational health and safety regulations.
- Manage stock levels efficiently, minimizing losses and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Empower and build capability within your team, fostering a positive work culture.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and store policies.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed business decisions.
- Confidently navigate various tech platforms, systems, and reports.
- Conduct interviews and support the hiring process to build a strong team.
