**Your Profile**: As an experienced Customer Service Officer, you will bring:

- Experience in customer service roles, including face-to-face and call centre experience
- Proven ability to handle financial transactions and resolve customer inquiries
- Experience working with Customer Experience KPIs and driving digital experiences
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers and supporting Council's digital shift.

- **Package**:$73,500
- $78,000 gross p.a. plus 11% superannuation.
- **Hours of work**:Temporary Full Time 35 hours per week with option of 19 day month flex time arrangement. Opportunity expected to be available for up to 6 months. Applicants looking for Part Time hours (Min 21 hours/3 days) will also be considered.
