ABOUT YOU Our most successful Retail Sales Assistants take pride in being the person who helps homeowners make their space feel like home. We are looking for like-minded service and customer experience focused individuals who are hungry for learning and thrive in a goal-oriented environment. You have previous experience in retail, customer service or sales. While not essential, if you have experience in flooring, or homeware retail, it is definite bonus. Or you may be studying interior design or have a genuine interest in home decoration or styling and looking to expand your knowledge in an environment where you will put decorating skills in use daily. Since we are a retailer trading 7 days a week, we are looking for people who have the availability and willingness to work on the weekends. ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be providing customers with expert guidance and assistance in their home improvement journeys. From helping them choose the perfect flooring, shutters, or blinds to providing in-depth product knowledge and exceptional customer service, you will play a vital role in the process of decorating or renovating our customers’ homes. This means you may need to attend to home visits to do a measure for their flooring or carpet, therefore a valid driver’s licence and access to a car is essential.
