**What We’re Looking For**
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA recognised equivalent)
- A genuine passion for early learning and a nurturing, child-centred approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and commitment to best practice
- Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
- Reliability, enthusiasm, and a positive, can-do mindset
