As an Assistant Store Manager with Johnny Bigg, you are responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team delivers excellence in customer service. We are looking for people who truly care about our customer & are willing to go the extra mile for them. **About You**:

- Have a minimum of 1 year’s retail management experience
- Experience in managing a team of 2 or more
- Strong customer service skills
- Driven to achieve company set budgets and KPI’s
- Be analytical and have the ability to identify store opportunities
- Ability to lead, motivate and empower a team
- Strong visual merchandising skills and ability to think commercially and strategically for the store.
- Have an interest in fashion and trends
- Take pride in your personal style and presentation
- Work with others and alone as this is the nature of the roster.
