As the Store Manager at you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our retail store in. This is a full time role that will see you driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing a high-performing team.

**What you'll be doing**
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed financial targets
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding performance
- Ensure the store maintains a clean, organised, and visually appealing presentation
- Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to implement company policies and initiatives

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail store management role, preferably within the **Retail & Consumer Products** industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent customer service skills and a deep understanding of the customer experience
- Proven track record of driving sales and meeting financial targets
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with retail operations, inventory management, and financial reporting

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
