About the Role We’re seeking a dedicated and agile Site Manager to lead a 24/7 Supported Independent Living (SIL) home. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll guide and mentor a passionate team of Disability Support Workers, ensuring the delivery of best‑practice, person‑centred support. Every day will bring variety, challenge, and the opportunity to genuinely change someone’s world. What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating care and services for residents with complex needs
- Managing home resources — spaces, assets, and vehicles
- Interpreting and implementing complex support plans
- Overseeing restrictive practices, risk management, and incident reporting
- Championing choice, control, and independence
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring plans are current
- Building solid relationships with stakeholders
- Providing occasional on‑call support (2–3 times per year) You’re a resilient, empathetic, and proactive leader who thrives in dynamic environments. You're skilled at navigating challenges and driving continuous improvement — all while supporting your team to deliver exceptional care. You’ll Bring
- Leadership experience in disability services, including complex behaviours
- Strong understanding of restrictive practices & NDIS requirements
- Experience mentoring and developing staff
- A solution‑focused, commercially aware mindset
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Understanding of self‑care and professional boundaries
- A relevant qualification (Diploma or higher) Requirements include: NSW Driver Licence, First Aid, police check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, pre‑employment medical, 100 points of ID, and full working rights. Why You’ll Love Working With Us
