We’re now seeking a passionate Regional Manager to join our fun and supportive Operations Leadership Team. About the Role Reporting to the Executive Manager, Operations , you’ll lead and inspire teams across 8 SIL homes in Western Sydney, supporting clients with complex and challenging behaviours.

- Analysing data to identify trends, opportunities and service gaps You’re a people leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment. You communicate with impact, lead with empathy, and turn challenges into opportunities for innovation. Required experience and skills
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar leadership role
- Tertiary qualifications in disability, management or related field
- Strong understanding of the NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Framework
- Experience supporting people with disability and their carers
- Proven ability to meet occupancy/sales targets and grow services
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Teams, Office and Power BI Mandatory Requirements
- NSW Drivers Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid Certificate
- Full Australian Work Rights
- Police clearance
