- Referral Bonus Program About The Role Casual | Registered Nurse | Sutherland As a Registered Nurse at Southern Cross Care, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive high-quality clinical care, dignity, and respect every shift. What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting initial and ongoing assessments, planning and managing nursing care
- Developing and reviewing individualised care plans to meet residents’ changing needs
- Participating in quarterly care plan reviews (or more frequently where required)
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation in line with SCC policies and quality standards
- Ensuring the completion and accuracy of ACFI claims
- Supporting best practice clinical care in a collaborative team environment Requirements What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 1 years experience as an RN in an Aged Care setting
- Robust commitment to high-quality, person-centred care
- Solid understanding of State and Commonwealth Aged Care legislation
- Availability to work varied shifts (morning, afternoon, night & weekends)
