Only About Children Carginbah are looking for a passionate ECT for a beautiful 98 place childcare centre, offering a warm and spacious environment for both children and our wonderful team. We prioritise creating a fun, supportive atmosphere where children can thrive and reach their individual potential.
**The Role**
This opportunity is for a Teacher level 1-5 (Teacher Award).
Only About Children's early learning Campuses have been designed to inspire 0-6-year-olds to grow, learn and discover.
**Key duties**:
- Planning and implementing the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development
- Maintaining ongoing records of the children's development, program and daily information
- Assisting with daily room tasks
- e.g. activity preparation and mealtimes
- Assuring the high quality of services in consideration of the National Quality Standards
- Ensuring compliance with relevant Government Regulations
- Guiding team members with their professional development, individual goals and performance.
**Requirements of the Role**
- A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA approved teaching qualifications
- Valid VIT registration (Early Childhood)
- Full working rights
- Experience in planning and implementing the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
- Effective implementation of pedagogy in your teaching practice
- Valid employee Working with Children Check number
