**About the Role**

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our **Sheridan Miranda Boutique.**
- **_This is a part time position working 25.75 hrs a week across a 4 day work week. (Sun, Mon, Wed, Thurs, Sat)_**
- Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and targets
- Drive a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer service
- Coach your team through product knowledge, using your passion for selling
- Maintain store operations including stock management and VM
- Previous experience in people management, coaching and delivering feedback is ideal
