They are currently conducting a search for a dedicated and skilled Architectural Draftsperson.

This opportunity is a full-time position (38 hours per week).

**Position Responsibilities and Tasks**:

- Provide a high-quality documentation service using AutoCAD, Revit, among other software.
- Work closely with Architects and other team members and take instructions as given.
- Assist with the drafting of concept sketches, design developed drawings, tender and construction documentation.
- Interpreting plans, sections, elevations, and details.
- Build digital models from sketch concepts to construction packages, and ensure the drawings
- respect building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Produce complete packages including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Assist other drafting documentation sta at times of peak workload.
- Follow drafting standards as developed by the CAD Manager and keep documentation updated.
- Site audits/measures of existing conditions including base building, ceiling services, partition and furniture layouts, producing data through drawings, sketches, and photos.
- Produce complete packages for all stages of the project (Preliminary, Tender, Construction, and As Built).
- Help in the development of standards for the BIM (Building Information Modeling) implementation in the o ce using the software Revit, including Library of images and models, schedules, routines, and improvements
- Responsible for coordinating BIM models and liaising with design teams across disciplines.
- Optimisation of clash resection Data transmission between Navisworks, Revit, dynamo, Rhino.Inside and grasshopper to produce coordination reports through C# API and custom functionality.
- Research and development AR visualisation strategies for complex cloud driven infrastructure projects. checking pre and post installation of element model in BIM model through mobile devices such smartphones and iPads.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or Degree in a related field
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Software
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Precision and accuracy are critical in creating architectural drawings to ensure that designs are implemented correctly during construction.

**Salary**: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $120,000
- $140,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
