Rodd & Gunn Premium Menswear Store Manager (Miranda)

**About the role**

This is an exciting opportunity to join Rodd & Gunn, a leading premium menswear brand, as the Store Manager for our Westfield Miranda location. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team. This is a full-time role based in our Myer Miranda concession store.

**What you'll be doing**
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance
- Provide exceptional customer service and build solid relationships with customers
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team
- Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Ensure the store maintains a high level of visual merchandising and product presentation
- Monitor and analyse store performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to support the overall business objectives

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving financial targets
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for visual merchandising and store presentation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with retail industry best practices and trends
