1. Position

**Full-time Food and Beverage Manager**

2. Working Hours
- 38 to 45 hours per week
- Must be available to work 5 days a week, minimum 38 hours
- Operating hours: 8:00 AM
- 9:00 PM

3. Hourly Rate
- **Start rate**: $26 per hour for full-time staff during the initial 2 weeks
- **Training rate**: $30 per hour for approximately 3 weeks of manager training
- **Manager rate**:

- Weekdays: $32/hour
- Saturday: $40/hour
- Sunday: $48/hour
- Public Holidays: $72/hour
- Annual leave + Sick leave + 12% superannuation
- Overtime pay: $32 x 1.5-2.25 (depending on hours worked)
- _Note: Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience and performance._

4. Main Duties
- Deliver outstanding customer service and manage table seating
- Manage customer waiting lists and reservations
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
- Monitor staff attendance and punctuality
- _Suitable training will be provided._

5. Requirements
- **RSA certification required**:

- At least 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Valid Tax File Number (TFN)
- Must hold a visa that allows full time employment
