Medical Receptionist (Menai)

We are excited to announce the opening of PrimeMedix Medical Centre in Menai this August and are currently seeking experienced Medical Receptionists to join our welcoming and professional team.

**Positions Available**:

- 2 Part-Time Roles
- Shifts: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM
- 6:30 PM
- One role is **2 days/week**, the other is **3 days/week**

**What We’re Looking For**: Previous medical reception experience is essential Confident and friendly communication style Strong administrative and computer skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Knowledge of medical software (e.g., Best Practice or similar) is a plus

**Your Role Will Include**:

- Welcoming patients and managing appointments
- Answering phones and handling enquiries
- Billing and Medicare processing
- Supporting our team of GPs and allied health professionals
- Maintaining a clean and organised front desk workplace

Pay: $27.99
- $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10

- Afternoon shift

**Experience**:

- Medical Reception: 1 year (preferred)
