**Position Overview**: We are looking for a dedicated, caring, and passionate Childhood Educator to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality early childhood education and care to a group of children, supporting their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. You will work closely with families and colleagues to create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement creative and engaging events with the children and families.
- Foster solid, respectful relationships with children, guiding them through their individual learning journeys.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children in your care, adhering to all policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to create a supportive and positive team environment.
- Regularly assess and document children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
- Engage with the local community and contribute to creating a welcoming environment for families.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to grow your skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., Certificate III (with the willingness to obtain Diploma), or Diploma qualified).
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Working with Children Check.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with children, parents, and team members effectively.
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all children.
- Experience working with children in an early childhood setting is highly desirable but not essential.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive work culture.

Pay: $30.00
- $35.00 per hour
