**Your Impact as a Tree Management Officer**: The Tree Management Officer (TMO) is responsible for managing and enhancing the tree assets within the Council's jurisdiction. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that tree assessments and management services are executed efficiently and effectively. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, from managing tree assessment requests to supporting ongoing tree management through the Council’s Asset Management System.

Your expertise in arboriculture will guide your decision-making to maximise the environmental, social, and economic benefits provided by public trees. You will also be expected to maintain high standards of customer service and fulfil other duties as directed by your Coordinator or Manager.

**About you**:

- AQF Level 5 Diploma in Horticulture (Arboriculture) or equivalent experience.
- Class C Drivers Licence and NSW WHS White Card.
- Proven experience in tree assessment and management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to use technology and systems for record-keeping and reporting.
