The Impact You'll Make As our Compliance Officer, you will serve as the guardian of quality and compliance across all projects. Your builder’s licence and industry expertise will ensure our work meets strict regulatory requirements, while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Site Inspections: Audit sites to ensure alignment with safety regulations and ISO accreditation.
- Document Review: Assess plans, permits, and files against NSW building standards.
- Team Guidance: Provide practical compliance advice to site teams using your building knowledge.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Connect with regulatory bodies and prepare precise compliance reports.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous upgrades to our internal compliance workflows. Key Criteria
- Licensing: Current NSW Builder’s Licence is mandatory.
- Standards: Strong knowledge of ISO Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety frameworks.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of construction compliance processes.

- Tech Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
