- Lead end to end eCom operations across CFC fulfillment, dispatch and collection

- Working on site at Caringbah CFC About the role As the Operations Manager eCom you will oversee all eCom areas of the CFC Fulfilment, dispatch and collection, requiring a comprehensive understanding of eCom to deliver a great customer experience on time every time, whilst achieving eCom KPIs and delivering on Total Employee Cost (TEC). Additionally, this role will lead the CFC in the absence of the CFC Manager. What you'll do
- Oversee AM and PM fulfilment operations to ensure optimal order accuracy, packing standards, and the freshest products.
- Manage AM and PM dispatch operations, ensuring safe loading, timely delivery, and adherence to food safety processes.
- Oversee curbside service for DTB customers/partners, ensuring a timely, safe, and excellent customer experience.
- Work with Homerun partners to address Voice of Team (VOT), Voice of Customer (VOC), and safety concerns.
- Lead and guide the site team to foster a culture of care and safety.
- Drive growth and improvement by partnering with the broader business and peers within CFCs.
- Coach and develop in office talent, ensuring a strong future talent pipeline and supporting team members in achieving their career goals.

- Demonstrated experience in retail leadership and team management
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and engage team members
- Experience leading and implementing change initiatives
- Understanding of online order fulfilment processes and systems
- Knowledge of inventory management, production, and replenishment practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
