Retail Jewelry Sales Associate Sylvania Waters

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs

Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces that meet their preferences and budget

Provide expert product knowledge, including information on gemstones, metals, and jewelry care

Guide customers through the purchasing process, including ring sizing, customization options, and financing if applicable

Maintain a clean and organized store workplace, including merchandise displays and inventory management

Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system

Build and maintain relationships with customers through follow-up communication and personalized service

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store

Requirements:

Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the jewelry industry

Robust interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service

Knowledge of jewelry trends, gemstones, and precious metals

Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and adapt to changing priorities

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in transactions and inventory management

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
