Pharmacist (Sutherland)

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Pharmacist to join our energetic team at Priceline Pharmacy Sutherland, NSW. Providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to our patients, including medication dispensing, medication checking, patient counseling, and medication management 2. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the optimal health outcomes for our patients 3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation 4. Participating in the development and implementation of pharmacy programs and initiatives 5. Adhering to all relevant legislation, regulations, and professional standards 6. Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of pharmacy operations and patient services What we're looking for 1. Registered Pharmacist with a current AHPRA registration 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues 3. Proficient in the use of pharmacy software and information technology 4. Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care 5.
