Customer Service / Pick Pack (Kirrawee)

**Based in Kirrawee, Bamboo Body is a growing clothing label **that offers essential basics made in sustainable fabrics. Our products are sold via our ecommerce website, on marketplaces such as The Iconic and through a wholesale network. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team.

Bamboo Body has amazing, loyal customers. We love to show them how much they mean to us by picking and packing their orders promptly and accurately, and providing friendly and efficient customer service.

**The position has a variety of responsibilities including**:

- Accurately pick, pack and dispatch orders
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment
- Order processing, data entry and problem solving using a variety of ecommerce tools including Shopify Plus
- Returns processing
- Stocktakes
- Restock pick bins
- General administration

Our warehouse can be a very busy place at times so it is essential that you are able to work quickly and efficiently, and are able to prioritise your work.
- Enjoys communicating and has clear verbal and written skills
- Detail oriented
- Physically fit as the role requires time on your feet, up and down stairs, and some lifting
- Interested in fashion
- Confident learning new computer systems
- Takes pride in their work, enjoys working individually and as part of a team

This is a permanent part time opportunity. We require availability on Tuesday and Wednesday as a minimum, though exact hours and days can be negotiated to suit both parties. Experience is not necessary but a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are mandatory. Please make sure you submit a cover letter with your resume!
