We are looking to expand our team of friendly and organised Reception staff members. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in fostering the warm, welcoming atmosphere that our patients at BHC cherish. Join us in making a positive impact on their experience!

Key responsibilities

Greet and assist patients with kindness and empathy. Manage bookings and respond to patient inquiries by phone/email. Maintain patient records and manage administrative tasks. Clinical triage and liaison with other healthcare providers.

Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience in a reception or administrative role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Robust organisational abilities and attention to detail.
