This isn’t just a front-desk job. We’re looking for someone proactive, people-focused, and excited to play a key role in our clinic’s success.

As our new Receptionist and Practice Growth Support, you’ll be the first and lasting impression of our clinic, warmly welcoming patients, turning enquiries into appointments, and helping to build trust throughout their journey.

**What You'll Do**:

- Follow up leads with care, empathy, and persistence by using our CRM system
- Deliver excellent front desk service with a warm, calm, and professional approach
- Encourage and collect **Google reviews** from satisfied patients
- Assist with **social media and marketing activities**:

- Ensure smooth daily operations and a calm, welcoming environment
- Support our dentists in helping patients feel informed and cared for
- Support our clients in offering and handling payment plan information and liaising with our financing partners.
- Other front desk assistance

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in reception, sales, or customer service (dental/medical preferred but not essential)
- Confidence in speaking with patients and guiding them toward treatment
- A friendly, professional communicator who can handle busy moments with grace
- Organized, tech-savvy, and able to follow up leads without being pushed
- Passion for health, wellness, or service: someone who truly cares about people
- A proactive mindset: you don’t wait to be told what to do

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12
- 26 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

- Miranda NSW 2228: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
