We are looking to expand our team of friendly and organised Reception staff members. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in fostering the warm, welcoming atmosphere that our patients at BHC cherish. Join us in making a positive impact on their experience!

Key responsibilities Greet and assist patients with kindness and empathy. Manage bookings and respond to patient inquiries by phone/email. Maintain patient records and manage administrative tasks. Clinical triage and liaison with other healthcare providers.

Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in a reception or administrative role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Robust organisational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in use of BestPractice Clinical software preferable but not essential Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced workplace.
