The role requires someone:
- Can understand all in store retail operations
- Understand policy & procedures
- Is Hands on, energetic & vibrant
- Has prior experience in retail
- Has the ability to create a positive team workplace
- Has the ability to motivate and influence the team you work with every day
- Have the ability to achieve and exceed KPI's
- Has solid experience to drive amazing customer service
- Demonstrates a "team player" attitude
- Previous VM experience
