We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic learner who is ready to begin their career in Early Childhood Education and Care through a full‑time traineeship. About the Role As a Trainee Educator, you will work full time while completing your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care over 12 months. You will gain hands‑on experience with children aged infants to 6 years, learning from a supportive and experienced team. You will be involved in all aspects of daily practice in a long day care environment, including building relationships, supporting children’s learning, and contributing to a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
