- live local/work local. About the Role Join our Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as relays/planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing. We are looking for a support merchandiser in MIRANDA and surrounds (suburbs may include, but are not limited to, Engadine, Sutherland, Miranda, Brighton‑Le‑Sands, Sylvania and Caringbah). Up to 25 hours per week (average 13 hours per week). Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store. Flexibility is required across Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities
- Developing strong relationships with Grocery personnel
- Creating and maintaining quality relays/planograms in stores
- Pricing and ticketing compliance
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
- Safely perform the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements Qualifications
- Planogram experience in a grocery/retail environment (not essential)
- Solid communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
- Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded
- Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role Benefits
