**About the Opportunity**: We are seeking to recruit an experience Production Supervisor to join our Dairy Production Team at our Clarence Gardens Facility.

**About the Role**: This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring your Production Shift runs as efficiently & safely as possible while maintaining our high standards of quality and food safety.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Coordinate production operations on a shift basis, to meet demand and efficiency targets.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and food manufacturing standards (HACCP, GMP).
- Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Ensure timely and accurate production confirmation data entry into SAP while identifying and investigate inconsistencies.
- Coordinate and motivate the production team, providing guidance, coaching and feedback.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Be a role model for working safely and promoting a safe working environment.

**About You**:

- Degree or equivalent certification/experience in Engineering, Dairy Technology, Food Science or related field
- Leadership skills and ability to drive results
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. SAP knowledge is highly desirable
