The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated gardener to step into a leadership role within our growing team. Working closely with the business owner, you’ll help manage day-to-day operations, maintain our high standards, and work confidently both independently and as part of the team.

You’ll work across a range of beautiful properties throughout **Bowral, Burrawang, Bundanoon, and Mittagong**, leading by example and guiding other team members with professionalism and care.

**Day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- Mowing, edging, pruning, hedging, planting, and mulching
- General garden clean-up and maintenance
- Planning and allocating tasks across the team
- Liaising with clients and maintaining great relationships
- Identifying and solving problems on site with initiative

About You

You’re a hands-on professional who loves working outdoors and brings a sense of pride, responsibility, and reliability to your work. You enjoy leading others and are ready to take the next step in your career.

**You’ll need**:

- Minimum **3 years’ experience** in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture (formal qualifications a plus)
- Experience in a **supervisory or team leader role**:

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- A current **driver’s licence**:

- Physical fitness and a good understanding of **WHS practices**
