Conference & Events Sales Executive (Mittagong)

**15 Hours Per Week Retainer + Uncapped Commission**

Fitzroy Inn is seeking an experienced sales professional to grow our **corporate conferences and events business**.

This is a **proactive business development role**, focused on securing and converting corporate event opportunities. This position is not weddings and not passive enquiry handling.

**The Role**
- Develop new corporate conference and event business
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, PCOs, EAs and event agencies
- Prepare and present tailored proposals
- Manage your own pipeline from lead through to close

**You**
- Proven experience in sales or business development
- Robust ability to prospect, build relationships and close business
- Self-directed, commercially focused and results driven
- Comfortable working independently to generate outcomes
