Job Title: Full-Time Duty Manager

Location: Hotel Bargo, Bargo, NSW, Australia

Exciting Opportunity at Hotel Bargo! We are seeking a skilled Full-Time Duty Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of our hotel. If you’re passionate about hospitality and have a strong background pub management, we want to hear from you!

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Hotel Bargo, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team to provide exceptional customer service across all areas of the hotel.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement and uphold policies and procedures for a smooth operation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including responsible service of alcohol.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to adapt to a rapid-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Current RSA and Advanced RCG

Pay: $32.73
- $45.82 per hour

Expected hours: 21
- 38 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Tips

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
