The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated gardener to step into a leadership role within our growing team. Working closely with the business owner, you’ll help manage day-to-day operations, maintain our high standards, and work confidently both independently and as part of the team.

You’ll work across a range of beautiful properties throughout Bowral, Burrawang, Bundanoon, and Mittagong, leading by example and guiding other team members with professionalism and care.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Mowing, edging, pruning, hedging, planting, and mulching

General garden clean-up and maintenance

Planning and allocating tasks across the team

Liaising with clients and maintaining great relationships

Identifying and solving problems on site with initiative

About You

You’re a hands-on skilled who loves working outdoors and brings a sense of pride, responsibility, and reliability to your work. You enjoy leading others and are ready to take the next step in your career.

You’ll need:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture (formal qualifications a plus)

Experience in a supervisory or team leader role:

Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

A current driver’s licence:

Physical fitness and a valuable understanding of WHS practices
