About the role
We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate disability support workers to provide care, motivation and assistance to a 8 year old boy with a traumatic brain injury living at home with his family. Short shifts Monday to Friday, may suit a student

Duties include but not limited to:
spent time keeping him active (reading and games)
PEG feeding
Hoist transfers
Personal care
Medication administration
Attend therapy tasks
Domestic tasks
Documentation and reporting
You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.
Shift times weekly:
3pm-7pm daily
8am-12pm Saturday
1pm-7pm alternate Sunday
Requirements:
Current references
Mobile phone
Current driver's licence and your own car (mandatory)
NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory)
First Aid certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory)
Paid WWCC (Working with Children's check) or willing to obtain
Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing
