Description
We are an established auto wrecking yard seeking a reliable and organised Office Assistant to join our team. This role is offered on a Part-Time Casual basis, with the opportunity to progress into a full time permanent position for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers
Data entry into the yard management system
Creating invoices and processing payments
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconciling bank statements
Preparing BAS and ATO documentation
Day-to-day administration paperwork/filing
Entering customer and vehicle details into the QMS
Organising packaging and arranging postage runs
Creating and managing vehicle parts listings on Facebook Marketplace, Instagram and eBay
Assisting with additional duties as required
Essential Requirements
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Willingness to take on additional roles as required
Current Australian Driver's Licence:
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Reliable and proactive work ethic
Previous Office Administration experience, including book keeping/BAS and ATO preperation

Previous book keeping/BAS and ATO preperation experience
Confident with accounts payable and receivable
Comfortable using social media and eBay to advertise
Qualified customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Wage is based on availability and experience
